I hope that nobody got discouraged after the Naxx run. 1. It was our first outing as a guild to Naxx. 2. Our gear/stats were a little bit below what is needed, including our MT.
It's not an easy run, especially with our limited experience. Face it, I'm sure that guilds have run it and didn't get any boss kills on their first run.
Stick with the Heroics! Get more gear. Read about Naxx. Learn the roles. I'll be the first one to tell you that I don't know enough about it to run it with confidence, including the bosses we already killed.
I look forward to seeing everyone on later. Keep up the good work.

One thing that may help...
Ethos is very close to running 25 mans, which means my druid will be free to run naxx10 with you guys if needed. Thats bigger DPS, bigger heals for the healers (moonkin aura), and a decurse/depoison. I'm guessing 2 or 3 weeks time, which gives you guys some time to run more heroics. As always, if you need DPS for heroics, just ask - if i am available i will go.
