With Naxx downed we now have access to Maly. So lets take a look.
The raid is in Borean Tundra (Coldarra), 3rd floor above Nexus. The fight is 1 boss (Maly) and consists of 3 phases that rely heavily on teamwork to get through.

The 3rd phase is on dragon mounts. You can practice using the dragon running the "Aces High!" daily. Quest giver is above the Coldarra dungeons/raids (up in the sky). Please check it out if you've never seen it: http://www.wowinsider.com/...
Raiders need at least 18000 hp after buffs to survive vortex in phase 1.
Normal group make up is:
1 Tank
1 DeathKnight (to deathgrip sparks in Phase 1)
2-3 Healers
Rest DPS
