Here is a good one (tested by myself and Proxzooi) - Guild Craft. It will allow you to select a crafting skill from a dropdown box, and you can see who can make it and materials required. Works even if the crafter is offline.

free up action bar space, make items easy to find,..
some of the prepackaged ones are great. One shows all your current quest items in a radial, One shows all professions, One does raid marks!
and of course you can make your own custom radials. could even do your fighting in this manner..
