Bones Brigade is under reconstruction!
As you may or may not know, we lost a great player and asset (NOJ's ROGUE) a few weeks ago. He left because the guild seemed stagnant. He went on to join a raiding guild.
I don't want to lose any more good players, and hope to gain more.
We're shaping up the guild, starting with this guildsite.
We want our lower levels not only to reach 80, but to reach 80 with skill. It doesn't do us any good to have a level 80 with level 70 gear and equipment. Do your quests, earn your gear and learn your player.
We will have Dungeon and Raid announcements set up before each Saturday (our regular night for instances). Since lately a lot of guildies have been on, some people are being left out because we can only fit 5 in a regular instance.
For those who don't get in a group, as soon as that instance is over, we will swap players out.
More importantly, if you are NOT in a group for an instance, find other guildies and group with them for quests.
If you have a group quest, search within the guild for help. Not only will you advance, but you will help someone else get further. We have to move as a group. A guild.
Communication is key. Talk. Talk. Talk.
Check this site regularly.
Post questions, answers, suggestions, etc.....
Let's not get stagnant.

We should make forum posts on guild basics. Grouping rules/strategies, addons, info websites...
And a discussion on solving the tank/healer bottlenecking issues would be good.
